I am an accredited member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
My training is Integrative; this means I use various theoretical models to help clients gain insight into their psychological challenges..
I have been an NHS health care professional since 2000.
I have been working as a therapist within the NHS since 2007, and in a busy Cancer and Palliative Care Department since 2011.
In my role as an Oncology Counsellor, I have spent hundreds of hours working with individuals, couples and families experiencing a range of complex and diverse issues.
I also train other professionals in the use of counselling skills, including end of life, grief and life-threatening illness.
